// Day 2 //
Okay basically we did nothing much from Day 2 onwards hahaha! We just took our time & explored around the Nirwana Gardens Resort. So let the pictures do the talking instead! :D
The excited us ready to chiong for breakfast buffet!!! #sosingaporean HAHA
The first thing that caught my eye - These mega cute & colourful cereal dispenser (*__*) They have almost all the cereals I like!!! JUST MISSING FRUIT LOOPS SERIOUSLY.
Some pastries ~
Other than these breakfast-type-of-food, there's also those rather filling food like nasi lemak, fried noodles, congee...etc. Not a very wide variety to choose from but it's good enough for a complimentary breakfast! I wouldn't complain at all :)
First round only hor! Hahahaha ~
After about 2 rounds, I gave up eating. BUT THEN AGAIN THE CEREAL WERE SOOOOO TEMPTING! HAIYA JUST TAKE ONLY.
This is how you eat cereal with style ;) LOL
Decided to take a stroll around the pool & the beach after we had our breakfast.
Just imagine yourself sitting on the bench with a relaxed mind, close your eyes, feel the sea breeze & listen to the waves. Life is awesome... k for that moment :p
I like to walk along the beach barefooted but I don't really like to go inside the water. Well, unless the seawater is crystal clear but apparently that's not the case haha. So yup we preferred to jump into the pool instead!
Went for a drink at the Pool Bar! It's really cool because you have to swim over to the bar counter. Hot sunny weather + a glass of cocktail/mocktail = AWESOME MUCH?!
No feel to drink alcohol in the early afternoon. A nice chilling mocktail drink would be a better choice I guess?
The very friendly bartender!
Okay okay, I know I'm quite meaty (x__x) #whattodo
With my favourite boy :)
I ordered a mixed fruit mocktail (S$7) But I can't remember exactly which fruits! I know cranberry + 'something'!!! I think it's orange though :O
M ordered something like pina colada!
Traveling together with the one you love is an amazing feeling.
I don't know how to describe but just AMAZING :) xx
Quite a waste, we should have dined at this Japanese restaurant! Sucha nice place, just along the beach!
Okayyyyy.... the beach AGAIN.
At night we took the free resort shuttle bus to the other side of Nirwana for dinner. Actually there are several restaurants all over the Nirwana Gardens, but if you're tight on budget (like me, hais) it would be a headache deciding where to go :/ But the good thing is that, you can view all the restaurant menus at the resort's information counter before making a trip there! At least you can see how's the price like & then decide :)
We ended up at Nirwana Beach Club Restaurant for dinner. Think they're known for their thin crust pizzas, so yup we ordered 1 to share! It's taste pretty good :D Other than that, we also shared satays & M ordered a main dish of his own. Didn't really take any of the other food photos because it was super dark there & idk why but the food looks ugly with my camera flash. Or maybe i fail at taking the photo tsk =_=
Headed over to the La Luna Bar (in same place) for some drinks.
And so, on the 3rd day we woke up early for breakfast again & then made our way to the Ferry Terminal. Overall I think the experience was good! 'Cos I'm not the type of adventurous person ha! There's actually a lot of fun activities to do (paintball, flying fox, banana boat & blah blah blah), but the main purpose of us going there was to chill and some of these activities also not cheap leh! But I think it would be really fun going with a group of friends though, there would be a lot more things to do :)
